Aylesford House served as the striking principal location for the acclaimed ITV six part drama series Finding Alice, which premiered in January 2021. The show stars (amongst others) Keeley Hawes, Joanna Lumley, and Nigel Havers.
This contemporary drama follows Alice (Keeley Hawes) as she navigates grief after the sudden death of her husband, Harry, who tragically falls down the stairs of their newly built dream home. But as Alice digs deeper, she uncovers a web of secrets, debt, and criminal entanglements left behind by her late husband.
Designed by architect Kate Stoddart, Aylesford House was chosen to represent Alice and Harry’s modern dream home – elegant, bold, and full of character. Keep an eye out for the porch additions and internal set changes made by the production team!
